Receiving

Greetings.  I find the backhand flick handy for receiving some backspin serves, especially if its short, however, if the serve has sidespin, the ball will go on other direction not intended..and it's hard flicking the serve when its long.

Hi Joemar,

If the ball comes long then it is probably better to make a topspin return.  If the ball has sidespin then you should adjust the angle of your bat to allow for the sidespin.
