sir, 

My bandhand flick always flies out of the table and if i attempt 10 shots only one goes correctly please help

Hi Jack,

Try slowing down the stroke initially.  Also make sure you are putting a little topspin on the ball.  If you get some topspin on the ball you will be able get the ball to drop onto the table better.
