I have a problem in my backhand counter hit it keeps on going into the net. 

Can you help me ?

Hi Mark,

It may be a problem with the angle of your racket or the swing.  If you follow our lesson on the Backhand Counterhit carefully you will start to become more consistent with the stroke.
