Strokes
Hi there coach, I am having problems with my BH counterhit. Whenever we perform a BH drill, my partner always say that my backhand produces no spin at all. And I wanted to ask if I should hit the ball flat or should I brush the ball upon contact in backhand, thanks in advance coach
Hi Wayne,
You don't need to spin the ball too much, just get the consistency right first. Once you have the feel for the stroke then you can start to add spin by getting a slightly more of a brushing contact on the ball.
