is the backhand counterhit stroke mainly used for warmups or can be used in a match? thanks in advance to alois and jeff

Hi Samuel,

It is used a lot in the warm up but you certainly can use it in a match situation.

If the ball comes fairly flat to you it is a good way of placing the ball. It is a good way to get control on the ball in the rally.
