Hey,

My opponent is really good at his backhand backspin and everytime he plays that ball, I cant return it at all. Do you have any tips for me to be able to return that shot.

Hi Zachary,

Start by aiming to hit the ball higher.  It may be as simple as that.  Turn your bat backwards to face upwards more to get the ball higher.

You can also think about making a Forehand Topspin Off Backspin and having a vertical swing to get the ball to lift over the net.
