I am now using a Pre-made bat and I wish to get a new racquet which will let me be Allround or Offensive Player, backhand dominant. What should I be doing in terms of choice of Rubber and Blade. Any tips ? Kindly suggest if you have any.

Hi Ryan,

The racket that we would recommend is the PingSkills Touch with Mark V rubber as the next step up from a pre-made racket.  If you want something different on the backhand side you could get a slightly thicker sponge not eh backhand than the forehand but I would stay with the same 2mm thickness on both sides.

Choosing a Table Tennis Bat

Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.
