Hi Sathyendra,
The main thing is to get the basics of the stroke correct first. Take a look at our tutorial on Backhand Counterhit. Follow these tips especially the start and finish position of the bat.
To hit the ball faster just move the bat through the stroke faster. Make sure you keep the stroke the same.
