Hi im nitesh im playing tabletennis from last 2 years im very good in forehand but i didn't able to play backhand i cannot able to play a single shot using backhand i can only chop using backhand but i cant be able to play another shot.

Hi Nitesh,

Watch these lessons on the Backhand Counterhit first and try to get the feel for it.  You will need to spend a lot of sessions just on your backhand to get the feel for it.

Once you do you can start to combine it with your forehand as well.  It will come with practice.
