how do u do a reverse pendulum back-side spin serve

Hi Jimmy,

This is a difficult serve to master because you need to bend your wrist forward a long way to get under the ball.  By getting under the ball you will get the backspin.

This is done by getting your fingers closer to your wrist. like you are trying to touch your wrist with your fingers. Stat by doing this away from the table and see if you can get the ball to come back towards you.
