morning coach,

for more whip, spin & speed from FH loops - should i mainly concentrate on weight transfer/torque/putting my hip into the shot or would some band exercises (or 1 lb weight) help increasing my arm swing speed?  thanks,

Andy

Hi Andy,

I wold focus on the speed of your arm in particular then the wrist and hand, this is where you are really going to get the advantage with generating speed and spin.

The other parts of your body also help towards the overall coordination and generation of speed and spin as we show you in the tutorial on the Advanced Forehand Topspin
