How to use antispin rubber effectively to chop, flick, block, spin and attack

Hi Deepika,

Anti spin rubber is OK for chopping and blocking but you can’t generate spin with it and so it is difficult to attack with it.

To chop with it you need a little more forward movement because it doesn’t have much speed in it.  Also with blocking you need to push forward on the ball to get it over the net.
