Anti spin rubber

i hav a antispin bat.can i perform da back hand and forehand chops with dis rubber.if not..plz suggest which type of rubber to use???what are the drawbacks of a anti spin rubber or which type of shots are more preferable with an anti spin rubber?

Hi Siddharth,

The main thing with the anti spin rubber is that it allows you to receive the spin as the spin doesn't have effect on your rubber.

The drawback is that you can't generate any spin with the rubber yourself.

We don't recommend anti spin rubber if you are still learning strokes. Later if you develop a style that is good for anti spin rubber, then you can start to use it.

Not many top players in the world use anti spin rubbers now.
