Hi! Thank you very much for every tutorials :D

Is ankle weight advisable for beginners like me? I played about a couple of weeks ago and I am an 8th grader student. If it is advisable then how many kg should I buy? 1kg? 1.5kg? 2kg? 0.5kg?

And speaking of weights, is wrist weight also advisable? Thank you very much!

Hi Danison,

I don’t think it is advisable to use these.  You are better to learn your stroke well with out any weights.  The weight puts a downward pressure on your arm whereas later you want resistance on a different plane rather than downwards.

Thank you very much for the fast reply! :D I am very glad!

But how about the ankle weight? Is it advisable to increase my footwork and foot speed?

This again is a different stress.  It is more about being able to move sideways more effectively.
