Hello Pingskills!

I've got the question about the specific butterfly blade - Amultart JP with zylon and carbon.  It is very expensive blade but I've got an opportunity to buy it for a bit cheapper and I want to ask you is it worth? The blade is rather stiff and hard and has good control. It would be good for me because I would rather hard blades with soft rubbers and I'm rather attacker. The only thing is, that I have played only for two years and I'm still learning basic strokes now (Of course I can play topspin but I'm still far away from perfection) I think that I could start to play with Amultart when I will be better player in next years and keep it to this moment. Can you give me advice about that?

Hi Michael,

I don't know much about that particular blade.  Someone that has used it may help.

It is important that you don't use a blade that is too fast for you because this will lead to some bad mistakes with your technique when you are learning.

You could keep it till you are more experienced but I don't use an Off+ blade even now.  Some players like the faster blades but I preferred Off at the fastest.
