hi mr coach, it has been a few days i am started to practice table tennis alone because there is nobody to practice with me,therefore i lift one part of the table and i hit the ball to front and receive it and again i hit and continuously i play alone something like squash game, i wanted to know is it correct what am i doing? thank you

Hi Mohsen,

This is a way of practicing to start with.

In this session we talk about the length of your placement. Often we think that we need to always hit the ball deeper and faster however sometimes playing a shorter ball during a rally can catch your opponent off guard. If this happens to you, you need to ensure you are able to move forward and deal with the shorter ball.
