Afraid of a high lob ball

Hi coach!

i usually get afraid with a high spinny lob ( The ball bounce the table and go to another direction ), I usually smash out that kind ball

how to control the spin of a they lob and not get comfused by it

Hi Long,

Make sure when the ball is in the air that you move back away from the table and get into a good side on position.  This will allow you to adjust your position and also move into the ball when you smash.  Take a look at the lesson on the Forehand Smash for more tips on this.

Thanks for the tip Alois! I have some trouble with high lobs with a lot of spin on it myself so this could come in handy
