Hello! Please, help me. What do you think about Butterfly Guo Yue blade and Butterfly CHUAN CHIH-YUAN blade?

This blade good for children 13 years old? Hi is trained near 3 years.

I haven't used them, but from the looks of the blades they would be suitable for that level.
