Hi, coach!

How must be the contacting the ball during BH topspin vs backspin? Do I need to contact as many parts of the bat as possible? Or I need to minimize contacting area and time?

Best wishes, Ardak

Hi Ardak,

Keep it on the racket for as long as you can with a brushing action. The racket needs to grip the ball and lift it over.
