Can you show us the proper way or any advice?

Hi Amekun,
The fifth ball drill is an extension on 3rd ball.
With this drill you serve (1st ball), your partner pushes it back (2nd ball), you make a topspin (3rd ball). Then they block it back (4th ball) and you attack the 5th ball.
It is important during all your drills that you remain balanced. So don't try to do too much with each ball. That is a common error. Play within your speed ability.
Just persevere with the drill and you will get better.
The forehand topspin off backspin is one of the most important strokes in Table Tennis. Even more important is the ability to serve and then make this attack off the 3rd ball. This is one of the most common tactics in Table Tennis and one you should practice regularly.
