Training
Hi Alois, im practicing 5 days a week with my robot, 5 hours a day , but this week i got a bit tired so i wanted to practice 4 days this week, do you think theres alot of diference between 5 and 4 days a week of practice if im a bit tired or i should keep going to 5 days?
Thanks! Im also making an extremely amount of improvement with that practice.
Hi Pasquale,
Well done on your improvement and the amount of training you are doing.
Are you also training with partners as well?
If you are getting tired, it is good to take a day off sometimes. You will find that you ay be fresher and take in more in your next session.
Listen to Alois talk about his training focusing on the crossover point and the excellent results he achieved. As a student of the game it is important that you think about the crossover point and spend some time practicing hitting the ball there.

No not much partners, but i do go to another city to train 1 time a week just to see the improvements i make with the robot for now, is that ok?
Yes, what you are doing now is good but the more you can get to hit with training partners the better it will be for you now.

Ok, Also the robot also helps develop alot of consistency because the ball bounces at the exact same spot everytime but it would almost the same with multiball, however multiball would be alot more better is that true?
Yes Multiball is a lot better because you are getting a slightly different ball and you are also tracking the ball as well as the feeder's bat as they are hitting the ball.
