as two of them are not legal and others can be attacked easily.

Yusuf Salih Posted 8 years ago
well done guys!!! plz can you make a video going deeper into begginer and advanced bats an drubbers.i'm looking for a new bat and have been recommended the palio legend 2 but don't understand a thing about all these different blades and rubbers. i'm not the only one wondering what bats tto get. plz could you help me out guys.
ps. you should make your own bats (or make custom bats) and sell them on your website, i'm sure you would be very successful
Alois Rosario from PingSkills Posted 8 years ago
Hi Yusuf,
We have a couple of bats that we have on the site and recommend. The PingSkills Rook for learning and then the PingSkills Touch as a first Custom bat. The Touch comes with options for rubbers of different speeds.
i have had a look at your bat range and i think i'm past the level of the pingskills rook, and have been advised not to get anything over £50 at the moment (ie. pingskills touch). my coach has told me to get a bat of around £35 for now, and to get a new bat when he moves me up to squad training, so i will probably get the pingskills touch at that time. but for now i'm looking for something cheaper for the moment. i have been doing a bit of research and have come across the Palio Legend 2, which has been released for 2016. this looks like a good bat and has good reviews on amazon, but nobody has done a review of the bat, so i'm not sure whether to but it. Do you have any knowledge on this bat? i would appreciate if you could help me on this matter, but i am sorry if i'm annoying you with loads of question.
here is the website i found the bat on: http://www.experttabletennis.com/best-table-tennis-bat-for-beginners/
thank you

Hi, Alois,
This is very goog, I'm the present 2-3 KM behind you.
Thank you
Alois Rosario from PingSkills Posted 8 years ago
Hi Yusuf,
Sorry I missed your question earlier. The Palio is OK so if that is what your coach think you should get then go with it.
Alois Rosario from PingSkills Posted 8 years ago
Hi Geza,
It is OK if you are 2-3km behind as long as you are still going forward.
Erik Ertja Posted 8 years ago
I am using the shakehand grip, but I keep holding the bat too tight. Any tips?
Alois Rosario from PingSkills Posted 8 years ago
Really focus on the little finger and the ring finger and see how loose you can hold it to start with. I think these fingers are the key to a loose grip.
Erik Ertja Posted 8 years ago
Thank you Alois!
Pasham Abhilash Posted 8 years ago

Yuriy Vasilyev Posted 8 years ago
The first trick should be very useful for making good serves. Thanks, Alois!

Gary Hess Posted 2 years ago
I bet your both not using the rook bat!! Lol
Seriously though, what do you's use for bat and rubbers?
Alois Rosario from PingSkills Posted 2 years ago
Hi Gary,
We use the PingSkills Touch. I have Rakza 7 on my racket. I am not sure what Jeff currently has on his.
However, the Rook can generate good spin too... able to do all of these tricks with the Rook as well...
Don Jacobs Jacobs Posted 9 months ago
I have idoraz bat....how does this compare with PingSkills touch......it cost about $50.00 I am interested in the Touch..don from oregon
Alois Rosario from PingSkills Posted 9 months ago
Hi Don,
The Touch would be a step up mainly because of the rubber that is on the racket. It would be faster and also allow you to generate more spin.
