What is the difference between Reverse Pendulum Backspin Serve and Reverse Pendulum Serve? Look like Reverse Pendulum serve has some sidespin.

Good question Tushar. The reverse pendulum serve is a type of serve which will almost always have some sidespin on it. The server can serve pure sidespin, sidespin with backspin, or sidespin with topspin, and all of these will be considered reverse pendulum serves.

Complicated but looks interesting for advanced players. Pen grip holders appear to serve this very well. We have several at the club.

since the racket moves away from isnt it difficult to rearrange urself for next shot esp if you have to turn around for forehand becoz  the backhand corner seems to be the obvious choice for ball 2.

The racket movement is quick and snaps back into position.
