Hi PingSkills

I realize that in table tennis we use only one part of our hand (upper arm, lower arm, and wrist)

so what is the time to use each part of it and can I combined them?

Hi Frendy,

You use the arm as a whole.  The smaller parts are all utilised individually as well.  If you start to analyse too much how much each part is used you will only confuse yourself.  That is why we keep the stroke simple and our explanations s simple as possible.  You should try to do the same.
