What mm sponge should I use

Hi Alois, I am a speed and attack player. and was wondering what thickness sponge you would recommend, thanks

Hi Preston,

For faster play use a 2mm or even Max. thickness sponge.

The thicker the sponge the more speed it will give you and also allow you to generate more spin.
