Strokes
Dear Sir,
What is Core of our body in table tennis?
Why does it need to be low?
Hi Oscar,
The core of your body is usually referred to the stomach area.
If this is low then you have a lower centre of gravity which means that is it easier to remain balanced when moving around.
If you are up high and try to move it is easier to tip over. If you are low you will find it easier to move and also easier to balance yourself.
