Hi Pingskills,

Have you got any advice for how to train effectively as a group of three on one table? I don't really enjoy playing a round robin winner stays on format, as I tend not to get too much out of it. What would you suggest as to how a group of three can train effectively?

Hi Simon,

You could do multiball to each other with oe person feeding, one hitting and pone picking up the balls.

Or you could do two doing drills while one serves.  After 10 minutes you rotate so you are blocking for 10 minutes, doing a drill for 10 minutes and serving for 10 minutes every 30 minutes of your session.
