Hi Sirs,

We are  45-50 years old  ex - table tennis player. We are training  3 times  a a week,It  is abut min .1,5-2 hours per day.

I would like to ask you, when do you suggest us making training match for normal  training  period ? In the midde of the training or end of the training . If we match in the end of training . We are not keeping all  the full  energy  until  end of training  so  we can not show all effort on the match.

Thanking in advance

Hi Cihan,

Normally games are played at the end of the session.  It is OK to do them in the middle if you want as well.  You may also consider not having such a long session and doing the games at the end.

It is nice to build up the session from basic to complex finishing with the game.

If you take a look at the Training Plans that we have for you you will see the basic structure of a training session that we suggest.
