Serving
On November 13 I have a tourney(distrital tourney), and I need some tips, my bat is not too good but with no grip. My forehand and my backhand are pretty good, but I need can you tell me two more serves, please. My flick isn't working I don't know why but I think its because of the grip. Thanks.
Hi Rochinha,
With only a few days to go before the tournament it is difficult to change equipment.
I would just stay with what you have till after the tournament and then get a bat with more grip. This will be important to progress your game to the next level. It will add the ability to learn the strokes properly and also generate some spin on your serves.
Take a look at the Must Learn Serves section for some ideas of the range of serve you can explore. I think the Pendulum serve is an easy one to start with and also you can try the backhand serve or the Tomahawk serve.
