Strokes
I can hit other strokes but forehand topspin. I wonder what is the difference between loop and topspin
one trainer says a counter hit is topspin with closed-angle and close to the table and a loop is an open angle away from the table. another says that a counter is a very weak topspin and everything else is a topspin.
how to hit the ball more with topspin and what is a counter and a loop?

They are all similar strokes just extensions of each other.
