Top Level Long Pips/Anti Blocker

Do you think it's possible that there will be a high level chop blocker with long pips or anti spin rubber and short pips on the other side? If so, what should his main game plan be?

Hi Tim,
Most of the time they will have one live rubber to be able to attack when the ball comes up high enough and to have some variation between the two sides.
If they are a totally defensive player then anti spin on one side and long pimples on the other can work. However at the very top level this wouldn't really be viable.
