please give me some defence technique with phantum 11.........i have few tournament so i cant change my rubber this session........please help me.also suggest me how to recieve cut service with pimple...........

Hi Saurabh,

We will do a lesson on using long pimples. The main thing is to understand the effect the pimple has on the ball.

If your opponent is giving you a lot of backspin balls, then you can start to push harder and flatter through the ball to give them more pace.

and if he is hitting the ball fast.then?

Then it is fine, use the speed of the push and give it back to them. Use the flatter push do that they are getting a fast topspin ball.
