Hi alois

I'm not very sure on these few subjects

No need to make a vid since takes a lot of time

I just want to ask that for different strokes, there is different stance, balance, footwork and movement for each stroke. Could you list some like the loop, push, drive and lob. Or less or more. Just some examples Maybe just the loop if you dont have time

Thanks

Hi Mat,

In each of our lessons on the strokes take a look at our feet position.  If you think about this as the ideal position you want ot get to with your feet with good balance then think about linking your strokes with good footwork movements like we show you in the lesson on Footwork Basics and you will start to get the feel for what you should be doing.

Balance and stability during your strokes is an important aspect of being able to play the strokes well and to play a game well.  You will notice that the top players look like they have a lot of tie to play.  This is because their movement between the strokes is so good that they are there and ready to play the next shot and have time to balance themselves for each shot.
