Speed figures on rubbers

Hi, I have noticed when looking at rubbers is the lower speed figure such as say 3 a lot lower than say 9 regarding how hard & quicker the ball will move?

Hi Phil,
Each manufacturer has a different way of rating things. However if the ratings are from eh same manufacturer then I would take it as relative. I would assume that a 9 is much faster than a 3.
