How can I smash the ball when it is coming at a low height and is it the right time to do it?

Hi Ali,

It is best to attempt to make a small when the ball is at shoulder height or higher.  Against a lower ball you are working with a low margin for error.

Take a look at our tutorial on the Forehand Smash.
