Coach, I want to ask, what kind of serve is the most difficult to return ? I participated in the competition just now and hardly won the matches, my opponent used a lot of serves and returning a quite rare balls, which doesn't even spinning, and my serves are easily returned. Hi Edwin,
There isn't one serve that is the best. YOu need to find a serve that suits your game and your opponent at the time doesn't like.
