(I guess it´s not valuable for the Ask-the-coach section)
I just watched a video from the German Open 2016:

Could you please watch a few seconds from 39:50 to 40:05?
I´m confused because I don´t understand why Samsonov gets his 12th point here - what do I miss?

Hi Thomas,
It is difficult to see but I think that Ma Long's last shot goes off the end of the table. I think it hits the edge of his bat and flies long with a bit of sidespin on it.

Thank you - it is really difficult so see, from the perspective of the camera it looks like the ball hits the end of the table and bounces off from it. Must be an optical illusion :-)

Ma Long's shot doesn't touch the table. You see it a little bit better with a different angle at 40'41''.
