Hi Alois,

I am currently using a Donic Acuda S2 and want to know how often to change my rubbers.

Do you have any advice?

Hi Kabeer,

As a general guide rubber will last about 100 playing hours.

However take a look at the rubber and see if you can feel the grip on the surface still.

You may also get some tips out of this tutorial on Increase Rubber Grip.

One of my Ping Skills Rook bats still has the original Lion rubber and has delivered at least 150 hrs of quality grip and spin, and is still feeling fine.  I guess it depends to some extent on how well they are looked after and cleaned.

Also depends on the rubbers.
I have experience that especially Adidas and Kokutaku rubbers wear off pretty quickly, whereas for example Rakzas or Donic SLice rubbers last for very long time
