Serving
hi
how could you do a backspin in a reverse pendulum?
if got the answer pls tell me in details.
thank you,
judah
Hi Judah,
To do a reverse pendulum backspin serve you need to get the end of your bat up quite high. This is an awkward movement and one that takes a lot of practice.
The main thing is to get the bat quite flat to the ground so that you can come under the ball and generate the backspin. This means that you have to bend your wrist quite a lot to get the bat into that position.

Just be sure to full on bend your wrist back so it's easier to flick under the ball to get the back spin.
How do I know this?
Alois taught me in person. :)
