1. My recovery is slow from backhand to forehand.  Especially after the serve.  I serve on the right and the return land on my forehand.  I am slow to act.  Any tips to improve the recovery.

2. I tend not to tilt down my bat when returning topspin.  How to correct this bad habit pl.

Thanks and happy holidays!!!

Hi Ashok,

A lot of recovery is about staying low and balanced with your legs.  If you can do this then you will be in a better position to play the next ball wherever it comes. The other key point is to watch the ball carefully.

For the block, get a feel for the angle of the bat.  It will need to change slightly with each ball, depending on the speed and spin of the topspin.  Allow yourself some training time to learn this and practice your stroke.
