Hello Coach...

I play with a person who put lots of sidespin topspin on the table, the problem is that the ball remains below the net height after hitting the table...due to that all my returns go the net....what should i do i lose lots of points because of that and it is very frustrating.

Hi Bharat,

Firstly it is difficult for the ball to bounce lower than the net, even though it may feel like it is bouncing that low.

If the ball is going into the net, open the face of your racket more on the return.  That is, face the bat more to the ceiling. This will help to lift the ball higher.
