Two come to mind:
1. Reverse tomahawk - only seen this done by a few players and some non pros on utube
2. Where Alois and Jeff stand at the back of their hall and serve from distance.......just how many feet is that!

Hehe,the coach of one team often does the long range serve when he is bored :DD
In a serious match I consider the rarest the windshield viper serve.
I know only one player who frequently uses it and that is my coach.
I use this serve occassionally too.

Reverse backhand serve (using the forehand bat side in a backhand serve motion).
