Sir, Please help me how to have proper stance while doing backspin serve.

Hi Amiyo,

This will depend on the type of serve you are doing, a Pendulum or Backhand or Tomahawk serve etc.

The basic principe though is to bend your knees so that you can be ready to move to the next ball as quickly as possible,
