i dont have a table tennis table at my place so , how do i improve my table tennis . is wall practice effective in that . or shadows? plays do tell me some effective ways for practicing ..

Take a look at our lesson on Practicing Alone for some ideas of what to do. I hope these will help you improve your game. Of course though there is no substitute for training with a partner.
Unless you are a defender you won't be practicing chopping regularly. However the chop is a great way to stay in the point if you are out of position and is also a difficult variation for your opponent to deal with.
