Can we still do regular practice 1 week before the actual tournament? Regular practice like for example your session 52?
Hi Greg,
The last 8 sessions of the 52 week Training Plan are designed to lead into a tournament. The last week, session 52 would be ideal the week before a tournament.
The first 3 balls in a rally are really important. This week we want you to concentrate once again on your third ball attack and work on varying your spin, speed and placement. Remember faster isn't always better. Tactically you need to be able to think about these 3 variables.
