Receiving
Hi Guys, can you tell to me the best position during a match when i'm the receiver? i use right hand, so i prefer to stay in the left of the table; but can you tell to me the perfect position? thank you guys! you are the best.
Hi Davide,
Initially position yourself where your bat is on the centre line. This will allow you to reach both sides of the table with your racket.
The server can change their position at the table so you then need to think about the angles of where the server can serve to and then position yourself in the middle of that area.
We have a tutorial dedicated to this topic called Receiving Position in our Introduction to Receiving section.
