Hey Alois how are you.? Here is a question that might interest you and others. How do you convince yourself that you are mentally stronger, fitter, faster and smarter than your opponent. How do you do this or how did you do it before a big comp-tournament. How can we get our minds into the fantastic zone.
The zone where your totally focused and totally in the zone. I guess everyone has diferent methods right? Anyway that's my question. Thank you kindly Alois bye.
That is a million dollar question. there is no one easy answer. It is more about trying to find some tools and routines that work for you.
One thing is to find ways to control your emotional levels and also find out why your emotional levels are changing.
We will be doing a course of mental preparation to try to give you some ideas in the future. But it is such a big area it needs time to cover adequately.
