I am presently playing very well on my forehand side but when it comes to my backhand loops they end up a lot in the net or outside of the table. My opponents are taking advantage of this by playing on my backhand. I am playing a Roxon 330 on my backhand and I am wondering if a long pimples rubber would give me back the competitive advantage.

Hi Frederik,
I am not sure if long pimples is the answer. If you want to attack at all on the backhand then it is really difficult with the long pimples. It may make it more difficult for your opponent but it may also make it more difficult for you.
Why don't you give it a try for a week and see what happens.
Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.
