How can I improve my topspin off a backspin ball if I don't have multiball

Hi Jasper,

You can get a training partner to push the ball to you and you can practice the stroke.

Then my partner will catch the ball right?

You can get them to catch the ball initially but then later get them to play the next ball as well too see how effective your topspin is.

Or,if you want to get backspin again,ask someone who is able to chop,or who uses longpips.
