Hi coach

i can't handle the forehand top spin and smash. When do I block the ball then the ball is out of table.

Hi Kritagya,

It is difficult to handle those shots.  Try to practice your blocking.  Keep your hands soft to absorb some of the speed.

More importantly though, try to stop them from being able to make the stronger shots.
